Administrative team

The Administrative Team provides support and coordination for the Leadership Team meetings, facilitates administrative processes regarding recordkeeping, scheduling and internal communications, and manages the technology systems for donor management, internal communications, and outreach.

FoodBank Lakeside is a volunteer organization that operates under a decentralized structure with Team Leaders for the various program areas. As the organization grows and seeks to implement sustainable business practices, volunteers are a key resource to maintain a strong infrastructure. The systems are in place and training is available to volunteer in conducting the following administrative duties:

  • Database management for donors, donations, volunteers, and program recipients
  • Google Drive management – centralized file and document storage
  • IT/Software management-accounting software
  • Email administration, email account access 
  • Meeting facilitation and recordkeeping
  • Maintaining communication and calendars between team leaders
  • Record keeping of all receipts for donations and expenditures
  • Website updates in coordination with the Marketing Team
  • Project management, as needed

     

The Administrative Team leader serves on the Leadership Team and will provide backup and support to administrative volunteers.
