FoodBank Lakeside AC meets the requirements for receiving legacy gifts. It is a legal entity (AC) with a board of directors, a unique RFC number, and a constitutional deed. 

For monetary assets distributed from the U.S., please name the following U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity as a beneficiary in your U.S. will or other estate documents:

     Foundation for Lake Chapala Charities, Laredo, Texas

In your instructions, please designate FoodBank Lakeside as the charity you wish to support with your gift. 

For monetary assets distributed from Mexico, please name the following registered “Asociación Civil” as a beneficiary in your Mexican will or other estate documents:

Copies of FoodBank Lakeside’s legal documents are available upon request by your notario.
